THE 7 DAILY HABITS 

NO ALCOHOL 

Alcohol derails progress by disrupting sleep, increasing cravings, and slowing fat loss. Cutting it out helps you stay clear-headed, consistent, and fully committed to the challenge.

NO SNOOZE BUTTON

Hitting snooze is the first broken promise of the day. Getting up when your alarm goes off builds mental discipline and sets the tone for showing up for yourself—no excuses.

TRACK YOUR PROTEIN 

Most women severely under-eat protein—yet it’s essential for staying fuller for longer, supporting fat loss, and building lean muscle. Making it a daily focus helps you fuel properly and see real body composition changes.

5 WORKOUTS PER WEEK 

The goal is to complete 5 workouts per week, with 2 rest days for recovery. This provides a sustainable yet achievable approach to building consistency and strength. You can choose from weights, Pilates, or yoga—whatever works best for you and your body

20 MIN OUTDOOR WALK

3L WATER DAILY 

Hitting 3 litres a day helps reduce cravings, supports fat loss, and keeps your body functioning at its best—especially when you’re training hard. Carry your bottle, track your intake, and make hydration a daily priority.

READING OR PODCASTING

Spend 10 minutes each day growing your mindset—through a self-help book or podcast. We’ll provide weekly recs to guide you, helping you build a habit that supports both clarity and confidence.
