Not when they're forcing themselves through another restrictive plan they secretly hate.So we built The Glute Project around the three things that actually work: training with real purpose, food that fuels you instead of starving you, and a community that makes the whole thing fun.

What your actually getting

Training for Glute Growth

No more guessing what to do or wondering if any of it is even working. You'll start with baseline testing, then move into a progressive muscle building block designed to grow your glutes, build strength and add lean muscle. Every single session is mapped out for you, so you walk in knowing exactly what to do.

 

Here's your weekly split:

 

Monday: Heavy Lower Body

Tuesday: Hourglass Upper & Abs

Wednesday: Glute Pump

Thursday: Sweat

Friday: Glute Sculpt
